‘My Genes’ – Serena Williams reacts as Olympia scores during the Angel City FC game

Like her mother Serena Williams, Olympia is an all-rounder. The four-year-old often shares glimpses of her cooking, tennis, golfing, etc. skills on social media. While Serena was away from tennis during the second half of the previous season and early this season, she made sure to spend plenty of time with her daughter while teaching her various skills. In the video, Olympia showed off her dribbling skills and even successfully attempted a backheel pass, which was gorgeous to watch. She ended up hitting the ball past her father Alexis Ohanian who was the goalkeeper to score a goal. Serena then shared the video on her official Instagram handle, saying: “My genes.”

The four-year-old was there with her dad yesterday to watch Angel City FC take on OL Reign. Ohanian, who co-owns Angel City FC, often attends the club’s games. However, this time the match did not end in their favor as they lost to OL Reign 2-3. Angel City FC led 2-0 at half time but couldn’t take the advantage as OL Reign came back strong in the second half and won the game.

Last week were the Williams sisters sighted hit a few rallies against each other at the Citi Open. To see the two stars in action, if only in one training session, fans gathered in large numbers.
