Nick Kyrgios has been fined $7,500 following the recent outburst at the US Open

The Last Eruption of Nick Kyrgios on the court resulted in another fine for the fiery Australian tennis pro.

While his Second round match at the US Open On Wednesday, Kygrios turned his frustration on his own team in the players’ box after losing a game in the third set to Benjamin Bonzi despite winning the first two sets.

He was caught spitting in her direction and began yelling at her for lack of support.

“Go home if you don’t want to support me bro,” Kyrgios called out to his group of supporters, which included his girlfriend Costeen Hatzi. “You are not a spectator.

He received an unsportsmanlike conduct warning immediately afterward but was later fined $7,500, the highest ever at the US Open, CBS Sports reported.

At the beginning of the game Kyrgios also complained to the chair umpire about the smell of marijuana. The officer suggested the smell could have been food.

“Of course I won’t complain about food smells,” Kyrgios replied. “Obviously not.”

He said later he is asthmatic.

“When I walk back and forth, I have trouble breathing,” he said. “Probably not something I want to breathe in between points.”

Kyrgios advanced to the third roundwhere he will face American JJ Wolf on Friday night.
