CAUSE AND EFFECT: ROOT CAUSE ANALYSISIn this real world, any effect always has a cause or causes, i.e. factors that contribute to a certain outcome. The problems we are seeing now are EFFECTS OF CAUSES that were not addressed or had not been foreseen or just due to plain negligence of our leaders.Increasing government ministry or increasing police force are 'band-aid' solutions which will not alleviate the problems. Here, I will state only few factors or causes of the 'effects' we are seeing now in our major cities:*Vagrancy Act neglected. No control over rural-urban migration*No Strict Act on Population Control or Birthrate, i.e. how many children each parent must have basing on certain criteria they must meet*Poor Census Records (if only we have a proper database of people, the government can align it's resources accordingly)*Poor/No proper urban planning of streets, avenues, towns, cities, etc...*Deeply-rooted Public Servants Corruption (like bribery, Nepotism, Regionalism, Money Laundering, Misappropriation of public funds,etc...). When there is corruption at high level, the people suffer (in terms of less employment opportunities, poor government services, inflation, etc...) so people start to rebel.*Outdated School Curriculum System producing more dropouts than more 'human resources'*Laziness by public servants. We don't need research to confirm this. Just go to any provincial or local government offices and see how the attitude of public servants towards their work. They can come in to work at 10am, go lunch at 12pm-3pm, come back at 3:30pm and go home at 4pm or 5pm. Unlike in the past where we have KIAPS who do patrols, today the public servants they hardly do any 'patrols' to update census and do assessments of communities.NB: This are some factors contributing to the problems, which I believe if addressed, will at least alleviate the problems. If anyone can add on some opinions, please do so.#rootcauseanalysis#cause_and_effects#factors#probles

Shhh 🤫… did you know that one of Puerto Rico’s best kept secrets as a top employer is Plaza Provision Company. We do not self promote. So, I want to let you into our secret. Our CEO is one of the humblest and well-intentioned leaders you’ll ever meet. Our employee tenure average is at 26 years of service with many surpassing that. Our turnover is less than 3%. And yes, we promote from within for vertical and horizontal mobility and development. So, why do our employees stick around so long. For one, balance and quality of work and life. As California proposes a new bill, giving “Workers the Right-to-Disconnect from Non-Emergency Business Calls and Texts After Hours”, Plaza Provision already respects its employees’s free time. We know there is much more to life than just work and we want our employees to enjoy it. Our company culture is respectful and relax. And it doesn’t hurt that you can snack on the products we distribute during the day like Snickers, Oreo cookies and for the healthier pallet, Kind Bars with some ☕️. If you’re interested in knowing more about our company or career opportunities as we continue growing, check out our web page: https://lnkd.in/eF3f9924 😉.

The best part of my job is getting to know the companies we work with. Sometimes when we are REALLY lucky, getting to “know” them involves a Pickleball tournament. If you’ve read my posts, you’ve probably seen me praising Lancaster County. This week we got spend time with Merv King and the team at Beuta.Another Lancaster gem. Getting to work with companies like Beuta is what I love most about my job. They are a talented team with a vision. And they are growing crazy fast!If you like board rooms, bureaucracy, big egos, strong opinions, and slow decision making, then you probably won’t think they are very much.If you like seeing Amish family members working together manufacturing products they believe in.And you like seeing offices with kids art plastered over every inch of wall space. And a tangible excitement about growth and what the future holds. Then like me, you’ll probably think they are totally awesome.

Did you know there are 4.8 million family businesses in the UK employing around 14 million people? 👇 Some of our biggest and best-known companies are family owned and include brands like - Thatchers Cider Company Ltd - - Wates Group - Timpson Group - Samworth Brothers - Walker's Shortbread Ltd. - Arnold Clark - Rigby Group plc - Fuller's Brewery - Reed - Warburtons, to name but a few. These are companies we know and love - and it's because of the unique way in which they run their business - deeply invested in their people and the communities in which they are based. That's why we need to back family businesses and ensure they have the right policy environment to continue for generations to come. Below are just a few stats. You can read more about the importance of family businesses on our website at www.familybusinessuk.org #FamilyBusiness #FamilyEnterprise #FamilyFirm

We received notification from SEOlium today that we were ranked #74 in Pennsylvania for the Best Cleaning Service in Pennsylvania. From SEOlium:Top 115 Cleaning Services in PennsylvaniaThink of this as a "Housekeeper/Maid Of The Month" contest. Except here, a jury didn't get to choose who gets what. This time, we allowed all the 12,790,950 people living in Pennsylvania to be jurors by picking up various signals they created, including reviews, online & offline sentiment metrics, citations, Google search result rankings, links between websites, brand mentions, social media activity, and more.Essentially, this is a professionalism & trustworthiness contest. We discovered and reviewed all the 1,217 cleaners in Pennsylvania, then picked the most relevant 115 ones (house cleaning ladies, janitorial companies, commercial cleaning services, etc.) and ranked them according to their talent, hard work, and dedication.Updated: September 3, 2024#humphreyclean #bestcleaningservicepa #2024 #Shippensburg #Chambersburg #Carlisle
